Currently, Pulse16 Drums VST outputs all sounds in mono. However, we’re actively developing a stereo-capable version and look forward to delivering a more immersive audio experience in a future update.

No. Pulse16 Drums VST is designed as a sound-generating drum instrument, not as a MIDI pattern generator. All sequencing and MIDI routing should be handled by your DAW, ensuring maximum compatibility and predictable behavior across different hosts.

LICENSING & DEMO

Pulse16 Drums VST demo (which you can download here) offers a fully functional 2-day trial period. Once the trial expires, the plugin will stop outputting audio until you register it with a valid license.

After purchasing your Pulse16 Drums VST license, you’ll receive an email containing detailed installation instructions, including your license serial key. Simply follow the installation steps provided to register your copy and remove any demo limits.

Yes. You can install and activate Pulse16 Drums VST on up to three (3) personal computers. This is intended for your own use — for example, a main studio machine, a laptop, or a secondary setup. You’re free to mix Windows and macOS installations as needed. If you ever change or replace a computer, simply install and activate the plugin on the new system.

No. We do not like physical dongles for software activation. You will only need to activate your copy using your serial key information.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to issue a refund. We may ask a few optional questions to better understand your experience and improve the product, but providing feedback is never required for a refund. Please note that while refund requests are approved by us, the actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (such as PayPal or the card processor), as they apply their own policies and timelines. UPDATES & SECURITY

Yes. Your Pulse16 Drums VST license includes lifetime access to all updates. The application performs a lightweight update check on launch and will notify you when a new version is available. When an update is available, you will be prompted to download the latest installer manually from the official GitHub Releases page. This ensures a reliable and consistent update process on both Windows and macOS. If no internet connection is available, the plugin will continue to work normally.

This warning can appear because Pulse16 Drums VST is independently distributed and may not yet be recognized by Windows SmartScreen. The installer is 100% safe and does not contain any malware, spyware, or unwanted software. To proceed, click 'More info' on the warning dialog, and then select 'Run anyway' to continue with the installation.
